Cancellation Policy of Oriental Joy

We have two cancellation polity for your choice:

#1 Choice
There is no cancellation charge if the travel supplier (airlines, hotel, theatre...) do not charge us. We understand that you have to make cancellation when unexpected matters occured against your wish.

If you want to cancel the trip, the cancellation notice must made by email or fax. We will calculate the calcellation charge on the day upon receiving the written cancellation by Beijing time. If a refund is required there will be an administrative charge of USD 30. All refunds to the client will be processed within 16 days of receipt of your cancellation.

You may also use the #2 policy if you think the #1 is not precise.

# 2 Choice
The charge will be different based on the date of your cancellation notice.
With Cancellation charge: The cancellation charge will be a different percentage of the tour cost based on the date of your cancellation notice:

10 % -- 50 days to 30 days before the confirmed tour date.
15% -- 29 days to 15 days before the confirmed tour date.
20% -- 14 days to 10 days before the confirmed tour date.
25% -- 9 days to 2 days before the confirmed tour date.
30% -- within 2 days prior to the confirmed tour date.

Notes: After the tour starts, any extra cost caused by your changes will managed on your own, such as flights cancellation, hotel cancellation, etc.
